∙ 14y agoHugh Millen was the Patriots starting quarterback in 1991 and 1992. The year prior t that, the 1990 season, the Patriots had three starting quarterbacks. Marc Wilson and Tom Hodson each started 6 games and vertean quarterback Steven Grogan started 4 games.
Steve Grogan was the starter at the beginning of the season.
