The Yankees had several starters at third base in the early 1970's. In 1970 & 1971 the main starter was Jerry Kenney. In 1972 the Yankees had Celerino Sanchez, Hal Lanier, Bernie Allen and Rich McKinney all at third base during the season. From 1973 through the rest of the decade, the starting third baseman was Graig Nettles.
