It's never happened. Don't feel bad though, the Orioles, Blue Jays, Rays, Twins, Tigers, Royals, Mariners, Braves, Mets, Marlins, Cardinals, Pirates, Astros, Brewers, Giants, Padres and Rockies have never pitched a perfect game either - there have only been 18 ever.

The greedy Yankees, on the other hand, have thrown three (Don Larsen; Davids Wells and Cone) while the Indians (Addie Joss and Len Barker) and White Sox (Charlie Robinson and MArk Buehrle) have thrown two apiece.
