On April 11, 2010, Steelers wide receiver Santonio Holmeswas traded to the Jets for a 5th round pick in the 2010 NFL draft.
i myself am a patriots fan, and i dispise the steelers. so i would say the patriots would win, but every one has different opinions. in this 2010-2011 season, the patriots lost to the browns, and the steelers lost to the jets, then the patriots creamed the jets, and the steelers creamed the browns, so it just goes to show, any team can beat any other team on any given sunday.
Well, the Steelers just won didn't they? Yes, the Steelers defeated the Cardinals 27-23.
Green bay packers vs. The Pittsburgh steelers.
Pittsburgh Steelers all the way!! *black and yellow* The Pittsburgh Steelers aren't just a team, it's a way of life, a family a tradition and something you live and die for. Steelers fans are loyal because we don't care if its 3 degrees outside, we will stand out there and wave a yellow towel for 3 hours straight.
New York Jets. it just the jets the browns are the bull dogs
Sorry bandwagon Steelers fans, this will be the second season you get beat by the Ravens twice. Admittedly, the Steelers have been just a little better than the Ravens for the past 10 years, but not this year. There is just a very limited amount of talent on the Steelers this year. The Pittsburgh Steelers are nothing this year. The Ravens won the first game 17-14. The Steelers won the second game 13-10. Look at that, the Steelers with their limited amount of talent just beat the Ravens for a second time in 2010.
They just aren't. Some teams are in the AFC, some are in the NFC. My guess is that the NFL didn't want two teams so close to each other to be in the same conference. Similar to the 49ers and Raiders. Or the Jets and the Giants.
Nobody has six. Just four.
American football has no official captains, just honorary captains.
The emblem on the helmet is the old US Steel corporate emblem. The only difference is that where it now says 'Steelers' it used to just say 'Steel'.
Mewelde Moore was picked up just before the start of the 2008 season.
steelers entered nfl as 'pirates' in 1933 and has been owned since before then by the Rooney family. so as an nfl team, just one, but some of the interest may be shared.
