Placekicker Gary Anderson was second all time witn 2,434 points and George Blanda was third with 2,002 points. Lui Passaglia 3991 points 25 seasons with the BC Lions Of the CFL (not in the football Hall of Fame????)

Yes, most leagues do use TE's. Sometimes TE's are a smart pick they are not a worthless player like most people think. They will get around 10-15 points per game.
