This is a very hard to answer question because their are many youth soccer leagues in Virginia, and there are many different opinions on each one.
Well the state champions from competitive one was Mandeville. Some of the best clubs in the state are Baton Rouge Soccer Association, Cajun Soccer Club in Lafayette, Lafayette futbol Club has one team that has come close to the state championship called the LFC Fusion. MLS is Division 1, the North American Soccer League is division 2, and United Soccer Leagues USLpro is Division 3. Everything else is going to be amateur soccer at best.
