Jerome Boyd of the Oakaland Raiders ran the fastest 40 time for a linebacker in Oregon history at 4.33 seconds but now he plays safety, if i had to guess Demarcus Ware, Patrick Willis, and Thomas Howard have to be some of the fastest Linebackers in the NFL.
