The obvious answer is tottenham! They always finish higher in the league than west ham and have won more silverware over the years!

Players like Gareth Bale would never even think about playing for west ham! so that just proves it!

The only cup west have have won in the last 20 years, yes you heard me right 20 YEARS!!! was the play off final! and that was only because they were so rubbish that they got relegated! Tottenham would never be in that situation as they are just too good!
