Roosevelt "Rosey" Grier (born July 14, 1932) is an actor, minister, and former All-Pro NFL defensive tackle for the Los Angeles Rams. He worked in the Presidential election campaign of Robert Kennedy in 1968, and was guarding Edith Kennedy only a few feet from her husband when he was fatally shot.
