I believe the reccord for most gold medals in greco roman Wrestling, is held by Alexander Karelin of Russia, voted by Men's health as "the world's scariest human." He's "old" now and he doesn't wrestle anymore; he was huge in the 80's and 90's though. He was well known for his tremendous physical strength due to an inhuman training regiment.
