For players that were HBP 100 or more times in their career, that would be Hughie Jennings who is the all time MLB leader in being HBP with 287. Jennings had 4895 career at bats meaning he was hit once in every 17.06 at bats.

Between 1894-1898 when Hughie was with the Baltimore Orioles, he had 2524 at bats and was HBP 202 times for an average of once every 12.5 at bats. His 51 HBPs in 1896 is still an MLB record.
