If the Minnesota Vikings win Monday night against the Green Bay Packers then Favre would have accomplished yet another record. It is also likely that the rout of the roman army at the Battle of the Allia just before the sack was exaggerated and that the Romans let the Gauls in the city because they knew that their walls were in disrepair (they built new walls after the sack). It is also likely that the damage of the sack was not great because more recovered quickly and was able to defeat several attacks by neighbouring peoples.
