Depends on the draft choice. There are over 1,000 players taken in each year's draft. Only the top 10% or so will get signing bonuses (under $50K) and only the top 1-10 will get significant bonuses. Often, if you have a college scholarship lined up, the team will offer to pay for your schooling after you "retire" from baseball. It all depends on how badly they want you to sign. If they have 10 other draft picks with similar skills, you will have to take what you get and work hard.
