Hank Aaron, Willie Mays, and Stan Musial are the only three players in MLB history to have played in 20+ All Star games. Each played in 24 games. Aaron was also selected to the All Star roster in 1962 (first game) but did not play. His 25 times being selected as an All Star is an MLB record. Mickey Mantle was selected to 20 All Star rosters but played in only 16 games.
