Hells yeah you got snowboarding and skiing in the winter, hiking and biking in the summer, and a ton of silly Mormons to entertain you. What's not to like?
New Hampshire has lakes for boating and water-skiing. It has mountains to climb in the summer and ski down in the winter. Hiking and fishing are popular too. It's a great state for outdoor enthusiasts.

The coldest state in Australia is Tasmania, which is Australia's Island state. Whilst the Australian Alps, located in New South Wales and Victoria, are known for their snowfalls that allow for snow sports in winter, Tasmania also experiences heavy snowfalls in some areas of the state during winter. Tasmania, though subject to some very high temperatures in summers which lead to a high bushfire risk, tends to have lower temperatures overall than the states on the mainland.
