Those in British Columbia Canada, in particular Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing in the Columbia Mountains with over 24 feet of snowfall.
Mt. Baker ski area in Northern Washington state. They boast 647 inches annually, and in 1998-99 season they had a world record snow fall of 1,140 inches of snow!
In the world? It's hard to say, because there is no central source of information for all ski areas worldwide. But we do know that the snowiest single winter on record for any place in the United States was at a ski resort: Mt. Baker in Washington, which received 1,140 inches (120 feet or 36.5 meters) of snow during the 1998-99 season. (http://www.usatoday.com/weather/news/1999/wsnorcrd.htm)

Mount Baker, WA. In 1999, Mount Baker Ski Area, located on a subsidiary peak, set the world record for snowfall in a single season. (1,140 inches/95 feet/2,896 cm).

Just so everyone is clear, Mount Baker Ski resort is much lower than the actual Mountain. Mount Baker is 10778 feet while the ski resort is only 4200 so the actual mountain would have much more snow because of the higher elevation and a tad bit more to the west (thus closer to the ocean) but of course there is no snow measuring mechanism on Mount Baker itself. So actually it would be more accurate to say Mount Baker ski resort has the highest RECORDED snowfall in one year which is much different than saying it receives the most snowfall in the world. If you think about it the areas that truly receive the most snowfall have such extensive glaciation and so much snowfall that it wouldn't be feasible to have any real way of measuring the amount of snowfall. The St. Ellias mountains and the Chugach mountain range are in this category as well as much of the British Columbia Coast range. Patogonia in southern Chile and the Kangchenjunga massive in Eastern Nepal are also in this category.

Which mountain has snow year round?

Lots of mountains have snow all the year round. The mountain just has to be high enough that the average temperature is below 0°C most of the year, and the few days in summer which are above 0°C are not enough to melt all the snow which fell during the long winter. Examples are the Himalayes, the Andes, the Alps etc.
