mainly youre abs but you also use arm muscles mostly forearm and shoulder also youre leg muscles play a large role as most players will leave the ground when serving the ball but youre abs will take the majority of the abuse just try going out for 1-1/2 to 2 hours and do nothing but repedative overhand serving if youre not in top shape I guarentee you youre abs will burn a little and the next day that's probably the only place you feel like you have worked

Tennis is a very active sport, so you are using many muscle groups at the same time. If you are looking to strengthen these muscles, I would have to list them as: The Core (abs); Thighs and hamstrings; and then shoulders, back, and chest.

Upper body and keep your eyes on the ball. Use your legs too and body weight if you can.

A LOT of muscles are used in Table Tennis (if played at a high level). Legs are in constant use for quick movements etc. The core muscles are important to provide power for shots and stability. Obviously the arm muscles are also in constant use!
