Pat Summitt head coach is the head coach of the Lady Vols, has won the most games in College Basketball. She has won a total of 983 games and 8 national championships!!!!She has won more championships than any woman in any sport. ---- The NBA leader in wins is Len Wilkens who was a head coach for the Supersonics, Trailblazers, Cavaliers, Hawks, Raptors, and Knicks for a total of 32 seasons. His all time head coaching win loss record is 1332-1155. He won one NBA championship as a head coach, that coming in the 1978-79 season.
