CO2 tanks are easy. now that paintball is getting really popular you are seeing more places that fill tanks. any paintball shop (of course) will fill it and even places like Dick's. Just try anywhere that sells paintball gear.

yes dicks is true but sometimes any sprots store like sports authority or any local sports place

DO NOT ATTEMPT!!! CATISTROPHIC FAILURE IMMENENT!!! DOING SO WILL BLOWUP YOUR PAINTBALL GUN AND RUIN THE INTERNAL SYSTEMS!!!

That is a bunch of baloney. you can just go to dicks sporting goods.

Some dicks will do it, but your safest bet is finding the nearest paintball store. at dicks sporting goods, they will not know nearly as much as they should to handle paintball gear.

I if i was you i would just go to the nearest store and buy more instead of just refilling it

agreed ^^ dicks or sports authority can fill it but they do not generally get you a full fill since they do not do it very often, sometimes Scuba shops or weld shops can also do it but that's pretty rare

yes, you can. but you must purchase a tank of co2 first. then you have to learn how to fill it up correctly. it is generally cheaper and better to fill it up at a store

How do you refill a co2 tank for a paintball gun?

Take it to a shop! if you want to do it yourself the normal way is to put the bottle on scales and fill it from a larger bottle to a fill weight. To be honest though CO2 is well out of date. A smart move would be to move onto compressed air.

Many of the retail sporting goods stores will have refill stations for your cylinders. Also, I have seen hardware stores that will do that too. Where did you buy the gun? Chances are that the store the gun was purchased from will be able to refill the cylinder for you.

Can you fill a paintball HPA tank with an air compressor?

Only if it can produce 3000 or 4500 PSI . Take it to a paintball store and normally they give you a fill for a dollar or so. If you are playing and you need to refill, go to the refill station, attach the fill hose to the air nipple while the tank is on the gun, press the lever or button until it is filled at the correct pressure.
