YouTube has loads of f1 races broadcasted in sections, from as far back as the early 90s to the latest season. Search using the year and name of the grand prix, e.g. 1997 European Grand Prix. Enjoy! :)
you can get clips but strangely they wont release the full races out of pure selfishness, there are 5 full races on youtube thats all were allowed in case they want to make money off them in the future, welcome to global fascism

In the UK you can watch it live on the BBC Sport web site, although because of licence restrictions the BBC can not show coverage outside the UK.
