According to Sewell Cadillac, the correct oil filter is AC Delco PF61. If your not sure like I was, call your local dealer or auto parts store. They will all tell you that it is the PF61. There is actually another posting about the 2004 Trailblazer's oil filter on this web-site confirming the PF61. Check it out for yourself.

I have a 2002 Trailblazer and was told we do not have a fuel filter. You can verify this by looking at your maintenance manual or better yet (really!) call a Chevy Service department.
