To get a job in cheerleading, you can try out for the cheerleading team of a professional football team (such as the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders), stunt double for characters in cheerleading movies (have you ever seen Bring It On?), or coach/assistant coach a cheerleading team near you.
In cheerleading, you always (most of the time) work on conditioning. Which means you work on arms, shoulders, back, stomach muscles, and leg muscles.
Cheerleading is a sport because it need team work there's comp it a hard working thing.
Cheerleading can help you make friends, learn team work, and build self confidence
Cheerleading is a big idea! Cheerleading is HARD work, you dont even know! its not just looking pretty and cute in short skirts and belly tops. It's cheering your team on.

cheerleading consists of a crap ton of hard work!! and dedication. i thought it was dumb until i was on my schools team. i would recomend it to everybody!!
You may not know it but competitive Cheerleading is alot of vigorous work. You need strength, flexibility and endurance. It can definitely do a lot for your health.
Typically a spirit team is more like a club. They don't compete or do stunts or tumbling. However is some schools the cheerleading team is called the spirit squad
