if you check on club web sites they sometimes mention when trials will be held. also get involved playing with a local team as clubs send scouts out all the time.you could try writing to clubs and ask them the question.

Either go to college and excel at football, and hope they draft you...or find a way to get a free-agent tryout if you think you have professional football skills. Either way, you could probably use a good sports agent.

I am assuming you are asking if you can be a professional football player without going to college. The answer is yes. You would contact the team for which you are interested in trying to play. The odds of getting a tryout without an agent to represent you and no resume of football experience are very, very bad.
