Ask any referee who is directing officials at any tournament you might attend and start there. Or hit the web and find the soccer referee's association for your state and find your local division on the site or by contacting the state association. A lot of coaches are officials and/or know referees. Ask any coach. The quickest way to get plugged in would be to ask working officials anywhere you encounter them. Your knowledge, skills and ability as well as any experience will determine what you end up being assigned to officiate. Good luck.
