The San Francisco Seals and San Francisco Missions of the Pacific Coast League played in Seals Stadium, the Seals between 1931-1957 and the Missions between 1931-1937. When the MLB Giants moved from New York to San Francisco in 1958, they played there while waiting for Candlestick Park to be built. The Giants moved from Seals to Candlestick in 1960. Seals Stadium was destroyed in late 1959.
