When this girl was little she had a perfect round off back handspring then she got a mental block and now she cant do it anymore its been going on for many years what should she do?

I found the same thing happened to me. I was great at back handsprings then all of a sudden I couldn't do it anymore. I think it is mostly to do with confidence. I found that I lacked confidence and I wasn't throwing them properly because something inside me was scared. I think you just go back to the basics and work your way up again.
