there are two seasons fall and spring for spring practice begins in February and games start in march it ges until may some teams such as all star or travel play through the summer or year round but legals play spring and fall fall begins in September and goes through December
Most teams (not including school) i have heard of start over the summer or during spring (starting in february). Club ball is almost year round. School teams have there own schedule tryouts are normally every february tho games could start at any point (my school team had one week of practice before the first game) it varies on the schools and etc.
Early February maybe depending on what team u r on mine is all year round!
The most common season that softball is associated with is spring, although it can be played year round. The second most common season is fall-typicaly called fall-ball.
For high school, around beginning of June.
For college, around end of August.
It usually starts in the spring and goes through the summer; but, sometimes, it's all year long.
The official season starts in February, but they can scrimmage in the fall.
The fall season usually starts in September, but tryouts for the fall can be in August. also it depends when your coach signs you up for tournaments and/or games
umm i have no idea. lol!
A whole summer long. :) <3
The Amateur Softball Association was founded in 1933
Maybe eight and a half.
I don't know about volleyball, but you can start softball at age 6 in most areas, sometimes earlier and sometimes later.
The first women's softball team was formed in 1895 at Chicago's West Division High School. They did not obtain a coach for competitive play until 1899. But in 1904, the Spalding Indoor Baseball Guide devoted a large section of the guide to the game of women's softball (presumably to reach a new demographic for its equipment) and the women's game began to grow.
