Yes, if in the following year they are the champions or runners-up in their league.

I think it is West Brom Albion as it is called the yoyo club.
Manchester City, they are a English soccer team who play in the Barclays Premiership.
It has to be in one of the top 3 spots in the league it has been relegated to by the end of the season.
Manchester United (LIVERPOOL NEVER WON THE PREMIERSHIP) United dominated the premiership since it started.
West brom but the teams that will get relegated in 2011 will be west ham wolves and sadly blackpool
Leicester City lost 0-1 to Manchester City in the 1969 FA Cup Final and were relegated, as they finished 21st in the 22-team First Division. More recently, Middlesbrough lost 0-2 to Chelsea in the 1997 FA Cup Final and were relegated as they finished 19th in the 20-team Premier League. http://www.myfootballfacts.com/FA-CUP-FINALS-1871-72-to-2008-09.html
It pains me to say it but, its Liverpool, Manchester United are the most sucessful in the premiership era though.
Manchester United is the team with the most medals. They have twelve wins to their name, thus they hold the top position for titles. They have twelve medals from their Premier wins altogether.
Aston Villa - Brad Friedal and Bradley Guzan.
I don't believe that Sunderland with stay in the premiership this season as we are doing rubbish at the moment. I think we need new defenders but no-one good will ever come to Sunderland because they think we are a rubbish team. I think we will get relegated. I think personally there should be a division in between the Premiership and the Coca-Cola Championship as we are too bad for the Premier and to good for the Championship.
