Keep it away from heat of any sort, and don't let it sit for extended periods. Use a hanger to hang it. Remove it from the hanger every so often and wear it. Pound it, use it, stretch it with your hands. You can apply some shaving cream as it dries to soften it again.

Rawhide is unlikely to shrink without heat application. But, it WILL rot! If you do your best to wear the glove as much as possible as it dries, not only will it not shrink, but it will conform to the shape of your hand better. You will find that this wet glove then fits better than it ever has.
