The Chicago Panthers were a team that played in the early 60's. Games were played at Notre Dame High School and played the Joliet Explorers ,Elmhurst Travelers, Lake County Rifles, Racine Raiders, Manitowoc Chiefs, can 't remember the other teams. We were part of the Central States Football League. most of the players just loved the game and had played some college ball.
