If friction didn't exist the players would need to run into something in order to stop and turn. This would also be the same problem for the ball and although the players could kick it around at first it would eventually leave the boundaries of the field. This would also likely happen to the players although possibly sooner than would happen to the ball. Essentially the game would become nearly impossible to play without changing the nature of the field and possibly the rules of the game.
it would be very hard because you wouldn't be able to grip onto the ground you are playing on so you would slip over a lot. the ball would just slide around if you kicked it and you wouldn't be able to control it.
I suppose we would just slip and slide all over the place!
They, along with the rest of the human race, would not exist.
Friction is essential for Walking and other movement. So obviously it is of paramount importance in football. Without friction, A player can't grip the ball, the ground pr other players. Running, which is the base of football, doesnt exist without friction. Hence, no friction = no football.
All friction affects a moving object, the source of the friction and the object moving is irrelevant. Water on a soccer ball would effect the performance of the ball.
If friction is more it leads to unwanted things
i donno :P
When we would nail it, it would not be nailed,it would open because there is no friction.
Nothing would happen.
This would be sliding friction and it could happen when:run on the floor
Without friction, your shoes would have no grip on a slippery field, increasing your chances of slipping over on wet grass.
Friction is what holds, stops things from moving. if there was no friction then things would be on the move 24/7.
cheater
it would just slide away
