Generally you can mix the oils without a problem, check the oil manufacters label for any warnings.

If you are sitting behind the wheel of a running vehicle you are considered to be 'in control' of that vehicle whether or not anyone ovserved you drive it or move it. You will be charged with "Operating While On Suspension."
You can mix them together if you wish. Nothing bad will happen. Just make sure to use the correct weight oil for your vehicle.
If Audi recommends you use Synthetic then you had better use synthetic. What will happen if you don't? Do you really want to take a chance and find out? I can tell the the very first thing that will happen is the Turbo will fail.

It would depend on how fast you were travelling and how heavy the vehicle was. It would probably slam into the underside of the vehicle running it over and maybe get a bit scratched. It would most likely not break or bend, unless it was absolutely pure copper or very thin.
