Yes and No. I do not mean to be funny. The first Super Bowl was played in 1967 in Los Angeles, California. However, the first Super Bowl, and actually the first four Super Bowls, were not called the "Super Bowl" but rather the "AFL-NFL Championship Game". The name of the game was officially changed to "Super Bowl" in 1970 when the American Football League merged with the National Football League. The names of the four AFL-NFL Championship Games were redesignated to Super Bowl I through Super Bowl IV. The first game played where the name was officially the "Super Bowl" was Super Bowl V and it WAS played in Miami, Florida.
Cowboys. The Cowboys first Super Bowl win was Super Bowl VI and the Steelers first Super Bowl win was Super Bowl IX.
The first Super Bowl had not yet been played in the 1940s. Super Bowl I was not played until January 15, 1967.

The Super Bowl in 2013 will be number forty-seven (XLVII, or 47). Unofficialy it is number 45, since the first two never had the name "Super Bowl." Super Bowl III was the first "Super Bowl." The NFL then renamed the previous games, 1 and 2.
The Colts first Super Bowl win was as the Baltimore Colts in 1971. It was the fifth Super Bowl or Super Bowl V(5).
