I'm assuming you mean your Tibia, one of the two bones in your lower leg. That being said, you'll need to use it in any sport that requires the use of your legs! Particularly where running, kicking or jumping is necessary.

Sports like soccer/football, Baseball and some others often have players wear "shin guards" to protect the sensitive areas above the lower leg from impact during play.
