They start out the draft with the Number 7 pick, but there is a good deal of speculation that it could be traded. They then have their normal 2nd and 3rd round picks with another in the 3rd from the Jets/Braylon Edwards trade. Then the 4th round is one pick. The 5th round has 3, theirs, the Jets (Braylon), and the Bucs (Kellen Winslow). Then the 6th and 7th rounds are normal. Round it off with a compensatory pick at the end and that is their 11 2010 Draft Selections.
As of 3/22/10: The Browns have 12 selections for the upcoming draft - five of which are within the first three rounds.

Well, they have two rounds for the NBA draft. So the Cavaliers only got two picks, SO did all the other teams.
Cleveland didnt have any picks in the 2007 draft.
The browns have the seventh pick of the first round and right now are interested in the corner back Joe Haden from Florida. The other picks are still up for question.
The Browns have 11 picks in the 2010 draft, but only 1 first round pick. It shoudl probably between 4th and 10th overall, depending on whether they win their last game.

Currently, the Cowboys have two first round picks .... their own and Cleveland's. The Browns traded the Cowboys their first round choice in the 2008 for the Cowboys 22nd draft spot in the 2007 draft so they would be able to choose QB Brady Quinn.
