What Federal arsenal did John Brown's group attack in 1859?

John Brown, several of his sons, and other abolitionists attacked and took over the Federal arsenal at Harper's Ferry in Virginia. Their goal was to obtain arms and distribute them to slaves in order to begin a slave revolt in Virginia. They hoped the revolt would spread and help bring an end to slavery. No slaves took up Brown's offer. He was hanged in December of 1859 for treason. He left a legacy of being a man of freedom and justice, however, that ignores the murders he was accused of in Kansas.

What are two qualities that made Charlemagne a great king?

I suppose different people would choose different things, but I would say Charlemagne's two most important qualities as a leader were his military ability and his respect for learning and the arts.

Why did the confederate forces attacked the federal arsenal at fort Sumter?

Radical Confederate leaders, especially the ones in South Carolina, believed that having Fort Sumter, in the Charleston harbor would signal to US President Lincoln, that they were sincere about leaving the Union. By engaging in the bombardment of Federal forts, especially Sumter, this would increase Confederate morale and bring other slave states like Virginia into the Confederacy.

Are there any teams in the English Premiership League that have never been relegated?

If I am not wrong, Everton F. C. are the only ones to have never been relegated. Tottenham Hotspurs were never relegated from the Premiership League they never been in the bottom Three and top Four ARSENAL ALSO HAVE NEVER BEEN RELEGATED FROM ENGLANDS TOP FLIGHT. You're wrong about all of those 3. Everton and Arsenal have both, indeed, been relegated from England's to flight (Arsenal (as Woolwich Arsenal) in 1913, Everton in 1930 and again in 1951. It would be ridiculous to claim that Woolwich Arsenal and Arsenal weren't the same club. Tottenham fniished in the top 4 of the Premiership, er, last year.
