Basketball handling is also called dribbling. But handling is more than that. Its about the skill of dribbling. Like cross-overs, spiders etc. To make this less confusing its basically fancy dribbling.
It depends on what District you're in, some are easy to get in if you're tall others though would be tough because they would make you do all the dribbling drills like back handed dribbling.
You have to keep the ball low to the ground and you have do bend to. While your running dont keep the ball to close to the ground but enough to make it faster...
If you want to make the winning layup, then you have to fake the guy out first, using dribbling skills. If you want to make the winning three pointer, then you have to be able to make it wide open in the gym, then try to have a guy guard you. The skills you practice play into your performance every single time.:)
don't travel (take 3 steps without dribbling), don't double dribble (Dribble, pick the ball up, then dribble again), don't foul the shooter (make contact with the shooter while shooting that changes the course of the ball), don't go out of bounds.
If you want to better on offence then you will have to be good at dribbling and shooting. If you want to be better on defense then you cant be afraid to get hit or be afraid to make some fouls here and there.
Yes you can, but you can't intentionally push someone over. Basketball, on paper, is not a contact sport, but when you actually play it, it is.
alot of people lick their fingers and put it on the bottom of their shoe especially in basketball :) hope this helped
The basics of basketball are to score a ball through the opponents hoop, which is ten feet in the air. You try to prevent the other team from scoring in you basket. Every time you score on the opponents basket you get points, either two points, three points, or one point if you make a free throw after being fouled. Another major concept of basketball is that you have to dribble the ball in order to move with the ball. If you move without dribbling the ball will go to the other team.
to improve your dribbling you should make sure you do keep ups every day for 20 minutes to improve ball control then to improve dribbling touch the ball with the inside of you left foot then the outside of your right foot then the inside of your right foot then the outside of your left foot and so on. This improve's dribbling a lot if you do it consistently.
Yes just as long as you don't make to much physical contact or that cab be a foul. :/
You have to keep passing the basketball and dribbling it until you get into the blue area. Then, press shoot, and your Mii will jump toward the net. Time your dunk well, and you will earn 2 points. Also, make sure that there is no one in your way, or you will just shoot normally. Keep passing until someone misses the ball and falls. Then, you have a chance to dunk it.
