I can tell you the answer for a road bicycle. Every single muscle gets developed with one exception - the abdominal area. I don't think you will ever get as good a workout on a stationary bike, but the principles remain the same.
Mainly your leg muscles. If you're hunched forward like on a road bike your back gets some exercise too. If you ride standing and wrench on the handlebar a lot you get some arms and shoulder workout as well.
Mostly the legs, but you do get a bit of an upper body workout when you're riding out of the saddle.
The exercise bike when used right can be a benefit for the lower body. In particular, the glute muscles as well as the quadriceps and hamstrings typically get the most benefit of it usage. Overall, cardio health is the best benefit of a good exercise bike ride.
From my experience, bike riding targets the quadriceps most heavily, but also works out your calves, hamstrings, lower back and triceps to various extents.
Mainly your legs, although your lower back also get part of the action. During hard climbs and technical riding (out of the saddle) shoulders and arms gets involved too.
Not only does an excercise bike work your leg muscles but it can also be used to strengthen your core. The abdominal muscles get a good work out on a exercise bike as well as the lower and upper leg muscles.
mainly your leg muscles, but the upper body does get some, primarily while riding out of the saddle.
Your gluetes or gloots or how ever you say it. Your butt muscles are doing the work. Your shoulder and partly your tricep depending on how you ride it.
Mainly the legs, but no part is entirely unaffected.
Leg muscles

Ride a bike or walk, good exercise.
You cannot really 'target' fat as such, so exercise on a bike will be food as you will lose fat if you do the right intensity workout. You can though work the muscles underneath the fat which will improve tone around that area. The bike wont help with that, but crunches and sit ups will. If you combien situps and crunches with time on the bike you'll soon shift the fat.
There is not a single most important part. There are many that all work together. They include your legs, arms, and core/abs.
YES!!!! exercise makes your mind think. It is always good to ride your bike before doing homeowrk or paper work cause it gets your mindstarted and ready to do work.
