Not as far as we know. The paintings that we have of his at the Woodstock Inn in Woodstock, VT (his hometown) all have an overlay of his initials, ABW, with the A in the middle of the W, and the B along the third leg of the W. He was the manager of the Woodstock Inn from 1897-1935, when he semi-retired at the age of 77. He was largely credited with starting not only the interest in skier visits to Woodstock over 100 years ago, but also the tourism industry in the state of Vermont as well during that time.
