β 14y agoHack Wilson drove in 191 runs for the Chicago Cubs in 1930, breaking Lou Gehrig's Major League record of 175. Gehrig drove in 184 the next year, and Hank Greenberg and Jimmie Foxx drove in 183 and 175 in 1937 and 1938 respectively. Since then nobody has approached the record.
