Most people would say to just divide your time by 2 but that is not neccesarily true because you may have run the first 800 meters faster or slower than the second 800 meters. Your best bet is to get a watch that has mile or lap splits and just press the button on every 800 meters during your mile. Which if your running a mile there should only be two 800 meter splits. If you are on a cross country course you may just have to guesstimate half of the course or ask a course instructor where the 800 meter mark is on the course.
