I would suppose anywhere from 145-160 lbs. But doing one set of x number of repititions tends to be more revealing toward a bench max.
125
150-180
125% your weight for example if you are 195 pounds 244 pounds is a good number.
it depends what age you are. 13-14 -->110-125 15-16 -->125-140 17-18 -->140-155 it will go on according to that little chart until you are about 35 - 40 depending on your physical condition. that is where you will start losing strength.
I'm about 125 and i can max bench at around 140 so maybe 5 or 10 pounds more if your 135, i also lift almost everyday so you might want to start at a lower weight and move up
If you're a male, 100% of your weight means you're in great shape. Putting that into numbers and for lesser purposes, a good one-repitition bench max by the end of the eighth grade should hover around 105 lbs.
From. 125 to 140
a typical seventh grager should be able to bench press 125. Although there are bigger kids and if you are bigger then 195 you should be able to bench 155 or 160
Tim tebow. 460 lbs.
If you can bench your own weight, that's good. The answer based on the % is your body weight is: Fair - 100% Good - 125% Great - 150% Excellent - 175% - and up
its very good at age under of 25year old man.
The bench....Unless you are in middle school.
