Technically speaking there are no Bobsled World or Olympic Records. The reason being that every track is different, no two courses are the same so you can't have a single record. However, since each track is different, they all have their own Track Records in both 50m start time and finish time. These track records could be considered World Records since it's the fastest time anyone in the world has ever posted that time on that track, but it's not an official World Record.
As for Olympic Records, the Olympic Winter Games would have to be contested on the same track more than once which is not a very common situation.
The current world record holder for the men's two-man bobsled is Switzerland, set at the 2020-2021 World Cup event in St. Moritz, Switzerland. The women's two-woman bobsled world record is held by Germany, set at the 2020-2021 World Cup event in Winterberg, Germany.
