It depends on the condition of the program and the legibility of the signatures, whether the program is intact, sored, etc. Could bring as much as $500.00 retail if it is in excellent shape, gradually less depending on the condition. Feel free to email a scan if you'd like and I'll give you a better assessment.

A 1967 St. Louis Cardinals World Series program is worth about $100. -$125. in excellent - near/mint condition. The slightest flaws will bring the price down significantly. An exceptional mint condition scorecard could sell for more.

Common flaws would be staining, foxing (yellowing), fading, stains, creases, rips, loose pages, cracked binding, and writing on the cover. Un-scored programs will generally sell at a higher price than a scored program but sometimes it doesn't effect value. The over all condition, and how well the cover displays will.

If the cover is signed it would be considered as a flaw in the condition of the program, by the program collector, and will lose it's collectible value as such. The bulk of the value will now rely on the value of the signatures that appear on the cover, and would be more desired by the autograph collector.

A 1967 St. Louis Cardinals Team Signed World Series program cover with the key signatures: Brock, Gibson, McCarver, Schoedienst, Carlton, Cepeda, and Maris is worth about $350.-$600. Prices may vary based on condition, how well the cover displays the signatures, and the type of authenticity that accompanies the signatures. Prices may also vary based on the amount of signatures, and key signatures acquired. The more complete with key signatures the more valuable. If the signatures are not properly authenticated the program could sell at half the market value or less. If the signatures appear on the inside of the program the signatures may be valued as "cut signatures". "Cut Signatures"are often cut from an item that has been ruined to save its value such as a baseball card, cover of a publication, photograph, letter or notebook on which it was originally signed. Cuts are commonly used for inserts by baseball card companies or by collectors to frame with an 8 x 10 photo. Cut signatures are worth about 10 - 20 percent the value of a signed baseball, and each signature should be valued on it's own merit. If the signatures are on the inside, the World Series program will hold most of it's collectible value, and the value of the cut signatures could be added to that value.

What is an autograph baseball program signed by Mickey Mantle worth?

When the program is autographed by a player the collectible program becomes a signed Item. The bulk of the value then relies on the signature, and how well the item displays that signature. A program signed on the cover would be compatible in price with a 8 x 10 photo. A Mickey Mantle signed 8 x 10 photo sells for about $150.-$300. Price will vary based on condition, and the type of authenticity that accompanies the signature. As with the signed program part of the value will be determined by how well the photo/program displays the signature. The type of ink used, and how it stands out in contrast to the photograph or program will also effect the price. Sharpie would be most preferred for a photo. Larger and more desired pictures could sell for more. If the signature is on the inside of the program, the program will retain most of it's collectible value, the signature would be valued as a "cut Signature", and added to the price of the program. A Mickey Mantle Cut signatures sell between $50.-$120. Signatures that are not authenticated could sell at half the market value or less.
