It's an ordinary bill that's been altered with Dan Marino's picture. They sell for a few dollars in novelty and sports shops. Banknote collectors consider these bills and similar (Elvis, Santa Claus, George Bush, etc.) to be altered items so they have no numismatic value, but a collector of football-themed items may be willing to pay a small amount for it.
