This is likely a ball signed by the members of the 1939 National League All-Star team, as all the key players mentioned starred on NL clubs, and participated in the 1939 game. National League commissioner Ford C. Frick's "signature" is likely a stamped autograph, and is an identifier featured on all Official National League balls produced during the era. According to the collector's guide "Team Baseballs," your ball is worth $650, but this value can be greater or lower depending on players present and the all-important condition of the ball and Autographs. Other key factors include type of ball, whether there are any "clubhouse signatures" (autographs signed for players by ballboys, attendants, etc), and number of overall signatures.

A Babe Ruth signature is one of the most prized signatures in the hobby. A Babe Ruth single signed baseball in general is worth about $6,000.-$10,000. Value may vary based on condition, and the type of authenticity that accompanies the signature. If the signature is not properly authenticated the signed Baseball could sell at half the market value or less. Multi signed baseballs typically sell at a lower value. New York Yankees Team signed baseballs featuring the names you mentioned could be from 1930 -1934, and be valued between $3,000.-$10,000. I will leave a link to a New York Yankees team signed baseball price guide complete with links to full team rosters, key signatures . If you narrow it down to one year it might be more valuable than a baseball signed by various players from two years. The more key signatures you have the more valuable the baseball.

The value of your baseball would be determined by a number of factors -- in particular, condition and specific players who have signed the ball. Many of the players you've mentioned are members of the Baseball Hall of Fame --- signatures from such players, and in particular, those now deceased, may increase the value significantly. The 1955 National League All-Star squad featured many of the greatest and most beloved players in major league history, and as such, this ball would have greater interest to collectors than a ball from more recent years. Other important factors would be the actual number signatures included, type of ball (is it an Official National League ball?), and the all-important condition. Provenance may also be a consideration... in other words, where did you get it? A ball such as this, in reasonably well-preserved condition, would likely fetch a minimum of $500 from vintage collectors, and perhaps more, depending on the aforementioned variables.
