Believe it or not, the answer is 149 goals. AS Adema defeated Stade Olymique L'Emyrne (SOE) 149-0 in 2002, and in fact, managed it without scoring a goal themselves. SOE started scoring own goals in protest of a couple of bad refereeing decisions. SOE persevered, scoring a goal every 40 seconds, while Adema's players could only stand and watch as SOE self destructed. I mean after about 100 goals or so, you might think they might have stopped, but no - they continued till the final whistle.

∙ 13y agoIt is difficult to answer that clearly as there are so many soccer/football leagues in the world, however the highest scoring Premier League game led was a 7-4 Reading victory over Portsmouth.
There is a record of a 149 - 0 victory of AS Adema over SOE Antananarivo, at the THB Champions League (top level league in Madagascar) play-offs in 2002. This result happened not because of AS Adema's superiority, but because SOE's players started to score deliberatedly against their own goal as a protest against the referee.
