The oldest individual NFL records are most points scored in a game and most rushing touchdowns in a game, both held by Ernie Nevers of the Chicago Cardinals who scored 40 points and scored 6 rushing TDs in a game against the Chicago Bears on November 28, 1929. The other 4 points he scored in the game came on PATs.

I am not sure if it is the very oldest, but the oldest major record is probably Dick Lane's single season interception record: 14, set in 1952.

There may be an older record for most field goals kicked by a defensive player, or something weird like that.
