It is not August Rose! You have to really know your music to get this one since it has been remixed. It is from "The Good, The Bad & The Ugly" soundtrack by Ennio Morricone. The name of the song is "L'estasi dell'oro." It is track number 20 on the remixed soundtrack available on iTunes.
