As far as I know, there are no other names for Oktoberfest, that is if you meant the annual festival held in Munich. However, for other versions of Oktoberfest held all over the world, I am sure they make have slightly different names. Otherwise, mostly it is just called Oktoberfest.
There is no name for attendants of Oktoberfest. You might call them Volk or Teilnehmer.

The festival has beer tents, carnival style rides, games, food stands and much more. There are also smaller versions of Oktoberfest held all over Germany such as Volksfest, which is a few hours Northwest of Munich in Stuttgart.
The Louisville Jockey Club Course was where the first Kentucky Derby was held. That was the original name of the Churchill Downs racetrack, where the Derby still is being held. Whatever the name, the world-famous grounds are located in Louisville, Kentucky.

At Churchill Downs the Kentucky Derby was and still is supposed to be held. The racetrack is located in Louisville, Kentucky. It's located on the former grounds of the Louisville Jockey Club. That was the historic, world-famous racetrack's original name. It wasn't until 1886 that the location started being called by its present name.
